• Strong skills in Submittals and Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture to design innovative and functional environments
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Proficient in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of construction practices and regulations in Singapore is an advantage
