We are looking for a Creative Director with strong hands-on creative leadership and app-first experience to lead creative across foodpanda, foodora, Yemeksepeti in 16+ markets.
This is not a traditional brand-only role. You will sit at the intersection of creative, product, and marketing, ensuring that our brand comes to life consistently across in-app experiences and marketing touchpoints.
You will lead a large regional creative team and drive the next phase of our evolution — building scalable creative systems, improving in-app creative quality, and introducing AI-powered production workflows.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead Creative Across In-App & Marketing Surfaces
Own the development of high-quality creative assets across:
- in-app marketing placements (e.g. banners, carousels)
- campaign and brand communication
Ensure strong, consistent brand expression across all markets and touchpoints
2. Bridge Brand and Product
3. Build Scalable Creative Systems
Develop templates, frameworks, and governance to:
- improve consistency across markets
- enable faster and more efficient production
Standardize creative execution across regions and teams
4. Drive AI-Powered Creative Production
5. Lead and Develop a Regional Creative Team
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (~35–40 creatives across regions)
Lead team structure, ways of working, and creative standards
Foster strong collaboration across brand, product, and local market teams
6. Deliver Impact Through Creative Performance
Improve performance of creative outputs across channels, including:
- in-app engagement (e.g. CTR)
- performance marketing (e.g. CPA improvements)
Ensure creative decisions are connected to business outcomes
