Are you passionate about capturing moments that bring fashion to life? We’re looking for a highly creative Photographer to join our dynamic in-house team. This role plays a key part in shaping our brand’s visual identity across digital, e-commerce, and retail platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Execute product and campaign shoots using natural and studio lighting techniques.

• Capture visually compelling images that align with brand aesthetics and commercial objectives.

• Prepare products and manage shoot setups to ensure high production standards.

• Perform image selection, colour correction, and post-production using Capture One, Photoshop, and AI-assisted tools.

• Leverage emerging technologies and AI solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and visual consistency.

• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support campaign launches and product storytelling.

• Manage image assets and ensure timely delivery in accordance with brand standards.

• Support additional creative and business initiatives as required.

Who You Are

• A strong visual storyteller with a refined eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Experienced in commercial fashion photography (portfolio required).

• Proficient in Capture One, Photoshop (Mac), and Lightroom; familiarity with AI-driven editing tools is an advantage.

• Adaptable, tech-forward, and open to experimenting with new creative workflows.

• Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Prepare artwork for various formats including print, social media, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Creative Concept & Campaign Development

• Develop creative concepts and mood boards for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Contribute ideas for hair & makeup, wardrobe styling, props, and overall visual direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and external partners to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Utilise AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation and workflow.

Styling & Shoot Execution

• Support and execute product and model shoots, including wardrobe, props, and set styling.
• Coordinate with photographers, model agencies, and makeup artists for shoot preparation.
• Assist with pre-shoot planning such as casting, fittings, and sourcing of locations or props.
• Manage shoot merchandise preparation and post-shoot logistics when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fashion, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or fashion-related roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for design and content creation, knowledge on 3D motion graphics is a plus
• Strong eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
