About the role
Solstruct Engineers Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and maintaining office systems, procedures and policies
- Providing administrative support to the management team as needed
- Handling general office duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events and travel arrangements
- Maintaining and updating employee records including attendance and leave records
- Ordering office supplies, managing the office pantry, and overseeing other inventories
- Tracking office expenses including review of employee claims, invoices, etc.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
