Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrativesupport to the project management team. Liaise with relevant department, main-contractor and sub-contractor to facilitate smooth project execution.(Purchase data Entry, Project insurance, etc.)
2. Process and monitor progress claims and payments, and assist in finalization of project accounts within stipulated timelines.
3. Reconcile supplier invoices against issued POs and assist procurement to handle supplier queries.
4. Monitor project costs and assist in preparing project billing documentation and monthly project reports(e.g., cash flow, POs, subcontractor and client certifications, payment, etc.)
5. Following up on overdue receivables.
6. Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, familiar in the construction industry.
2. Good communication and time management skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
