Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily administrative duties across various operational and marketing functions.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of contractual documents, including approvals, purchase orders, amendments, terminations, and monitoring of contracts.
• Regularly update customer and supplier data to maintain accurate records.
• Input credit applications, contract acceptances, and disbursement information into internal systems.
• Generate business reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all submitted documents are compliant with established regulations.
• Support the creation and updates of standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Handle additional administrative tasks, including:
o Arranging courier services as needed.
o Liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the department.
o Assisting with general sales inquiries and phone calls.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.
• Previous experience in asset finance or structured finance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with documentation processes and IT system development is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work.
