Join our
team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated
individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for
organization’s digital programme.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Content Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing team to prepare
briefs, gather inputs, fact check content, and liaise with internal subject
matter
- Manage content for the digital programme,
including coordinating with workgroups, tracking content pipelines, organizing
materials, and following up on deadlines.
- Update FAQs for the call centre and support
issue resolution to enhance user experience with each app release.
- Monitor, respond to, and follow up on customer
queries in line with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct basic analysis of customer service
data to identify trends, surface common issues, and provide insights for
programme improvement.
2. Product Support and Quality Assurance
- Assist in product development by testing new
features and working closely with development teams to ensure functionality and
usability.
- Review user acceptance tests (UATs) and
conduct sanity checks.
- Provide basic tech support and
troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of the digital programme’s flow.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Track and update participant data accurately
using Excel and other tools.
- Support data cleaning, analysis, and
insights to inform programme improvements.
- Conduct interviews or surveys with
participants to gather feedback and support media profiling efforts.
4. Data Tracking and Reporting
- Support daily tracking and management of key
data points relevant to programme performance and user engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant
work experience, preferably in business
administration/IT or related discipline.
- Experience with user testing/IT related matters is an
advantage.
- Strong communication and administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint,
Word, Outlook etc.
- Detail oriented and meticulous
- Able to work independently and be proactive.
