• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
• Assist in planning and sequencing M&E works to prevent clashes with architectural and structural trades.
• Review M&E drawings against other disciplines to identify and resolve discrepancies before site execution.
• Monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Manage Testing & Commissioning (T&C) coordination, including schedule preparation and documentation tracking.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Mandatory experience in LTA projects (e.g., roads, MRT, tunnels, bridges, drainage, utilities)
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, LTA standards, and submission procedures
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM tools)
• Experience in design coordination and multidisciplinary interface management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to support the daily operations of our construction site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and subcontractors to ensure smooth administrative and documentation flow, site compliance, and efficient coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all site documentation, permits, and records (e.g. manpower logs, safety records, delivery orders, equipment registers).

• Handle all the procedures including work permit application, accommodation application and entry arrangement for the workers.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and site requisitions.

• Coordinate site correspondence between main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave records for site personnel.

• Assist with preparation of site reports, progress claims, and work schedules.

• Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and report submissions.

Requirements

• Mandarin and English are necessary.

• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction environment.
