Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support
• Act as a single point of contact from customers (internal staff) regarding issues via phone, email or in person.
• Provision of professional and high-level customer service ensuring unresolved issues and queries are promptly escalated as per protocol.
• Provide Level 0 /1 support all applications and infrastructure.
• Managing classroom support for Audio Visual (e.g. Apple TV, Projectors, Interactive technology, and applications).
• Managing logistics for school’s needs (e.g. ipads, ipad charging carts, computers, copiers, printers, projectors, etc.).
• Mobile Device Management operation.
• Ensure that processes/procedures and kept up-to-date.
• Other ad hoc duties as assign

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field with good IT literacy and the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software and AV-related issues.

We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Admin to provide operational and administrative support to our IT department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and is meticulous with documentation, tracking, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the IT team, including meeting scheduling, internal coordination, and documentation management.

• Track and follow up on IT service requests and incident reports to ensure timely resolution and closure.

• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain regular reports (weekly/monthly) for management review.

• Support small-group IT briefings or user readiness sessions (e.g., service request processes).

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging, records, licenses, and warranties.

• Liaise with vendors, internal users, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

• Review incident and service request data periodically to identify trends and propose service improvements.

• Coordinate IT hardware and software procurement, including sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation support, and purchase tracking.

• Ensure compliance with IT documentation standards and internal procedures.

• Suggest improvements to SOPs and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior experience in IT administration, IT support coordination, asset management, or procurement is an advantage.
  

• Assist IT Department in software and hardware troubleshooting, related websites including design program and time to time update.

• Assist Corporate and Sales department in EDM and branding including designing and printing of branding material.

• Manage social network groups to database.

• Administrative tasks on preparation of reports, general filing and accurate.

• Assist the sales team whenever there are promotion and support needed.

• Any other duties as may be required by the Head of Department and the Management.
