Handle payroll-related processes, including data entry, verification, and coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update employee records, liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labour regulations.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required by management.
Address employee enquiries related to administrative and payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management from time to time.

Menyediakan pesanan pembelian, menindaklanjuti penghantaran, dan menyimpan rekod perolehan.
Membantu dalam penyelarasan logistik, pengaturan penghantaran dan pengurusan rekod inventori.
Melakukan kemasukan data, pemfailan, kawalan dokumen dan mengekalkan rekod yang tepat.
Menyediakan laporan operasi harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
Membantu dalam pemantauan stok, penyelarasan inventori dan pengemaskinian dokumentasi.
Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran untuk fungsi perolehan, logistik, operasi dan akaun.
Melaksanakan tugasan ad-hoc seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Handle daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and factory support functions.
Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, including suppliers from China, regarding procurement and documentation matters.
Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
Assist in logistics coordination, shipment arrangements, and inventory record management.
Perform data entry, filing, document control, and maintain accurate records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Assist in stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and documentation updates.
Provide administrative support to procurement, logistics, operations, and accounts functions.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as instructed by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
