Administrative Officer (Data Entry & Customer Service)
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide customer service via phone, email, or in person
- Support daily administrative tasks
- May be required to travel to visit customers
- Able to speak Chinese (dialects), Malay or English to better serve the local communities (mainly Elderly).
Requirements:
- ITE, Nitec, N/O level, Diploma or equivalent
- Basic MS Office skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and travel
- Some working experience in admin work and customer service will be an advantage.
