• To support the governance and compliance functions of our professional service firm.
• Maintaining the firm’s regulatory standards, coordinating board meetings, and managing corporate records.
• Organize and facilitate board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording accurate minutes.
• Advise the board on governance matters, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain corporate records, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Oversee filings with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Assist in policy development and implementation to ensure that the firm’s governance framework aligns with current laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support internal stakeholders by providing guidance on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory changes impacting operations.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in all communications with shareholders and stakeholders, particularly during annual reporting cycles.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder (Welcome entry level - On Job Training)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• 5 days work (9am to 6pm) at Orchard road
• Salary $2600 - $3500

• Order Processing: Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
• Enquiry Management: Handling sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Showroom Support: Assisting with showroom or gallery operations, including supporting walk-in customers.
• After-Sales Service: Coordinating with customers regarding delivery updates, order progress, and resolving minor issues. 
• Data Entry: Entering data on product specifications, pricing, and customer details into company systems.
• System Upkeep: Maintaining accurate records and documentation for Sales and Operations teams. 
• Product upkeep / Stock Monitoring: Manage products library, assist with new launches, samplings. Checking stock levels and liaising with warehouse staff or suppliers.
• Delivery Coordination: Planning delivery schedules and updating clients on delivery timings.
• Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory records, returns, and exchange processes.

Job Requirements

• O level / Nitec / Diploma
• Welcome entry level - Training Provided
• Computer literate
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English - require communicating with Chinese workers
• 5 days work (8.30am to 5.30pm) at Kaki Bukit Place
• Salary $2800 - $3000

Accounts Payable

• Process and have the vendor invoices verified by the relevant team
• Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues

Accounts Receivable

• Generate and issue customer invoices based on contracts
• Monitor aging accounts receivable reports and follow up on overdue payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions
• Preparation of monthly AR reports
• Sending of monthly Statement of Accounts to customers

Office Administration Support:

• Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and administrative records.
• Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
• Oversee office administration of operational activities including coordinating courier services, running office errands, and supporting logistics for internal meetings or events.
• Manage pantry supplies, ensure timely refilling,and maintain general cleanliness and organization of common office areas.
• Coordinate with vendors or building management for maintenance, repair, or facility-related requests.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Accounting experience
• A meticulous Team Player who is able to work within deadlines
• 5 days work at Great World City
• Salary $3000 - $3800
