Roles & Responsibilities
The Administration Intern will support day-to-day administrative coordination across the business. This role provides hands-on exposure to maritime operations and cross-functional workflows, while assisting with documentation, data management, and general coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating operational documents, including Delivery Orders (DOs), using standard templates
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for various functions like HR and Operations
- Support filing, document organisation, and maintenance of structured records and trackers
- Assist in obtaining quotations from vendors and coordinating basic administrative follow-ups
- Support scheduling and coordination of office activities and internal tasks
- Assist with general HR and administrative support, including record keeping, information gathering, and documentation
- Provide general office and administrative support as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with data, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take initiative
