Job Description
Phoenix Motor Trading Enterprise is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support daily business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, documentation management, customer support, and office operations to ensure smooth business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Assist with inventory records and stock administration.
- Support management with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and business schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, trading, retail, or SME environments will be an advantage.
- Experience with inventory management and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software is beneficial.
