Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all WSQ-related enquiries (email, phone, inbound leads) promptly and professionally
- Engage corporate clients to understand training needs and recommend suitable WSQ programmes
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the WSQ Corporate Sales team
- Coordinate and schedule appointments/meetings between clients and Sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and course information for client follow-up
- Work closely with Sales team to support lead conversion and track progress of enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and client interactions in internal systems
- Follow up on warm leads to ensure continuity and improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on WSQ/SkillsFuture offerings to provide accurate and relevant information
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or admin roles preferred
- Familiarity with WSQ / SkillsFuture frameworks is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing role)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Comfortable with follow-ups and working closely with sales teams
- Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
