We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer with a strong background in rehabilitation and exercise science. Skills:
- Rehabilitation Training: Familiarity with rehabilitation exercises and techniques for various injuries (training provided).

- Assessment & Evaluation: Proficient in conducting fitness assessments to identify clients' needs, limitations, and goals.

- Exercise Programming: Ability to create individualized training plans that seamlessly integrate rehabilitation exercises with strength and conditioning.

- Functional Movement: Expertise in teaching functional movement patterns to improve daily activities and prevent future injuries.

- Nutrition Guidance: Basic understanding of nutrition principles to offer clients advice on healthy eating habits that support recovery and performance.
 

Training Opportunity:
We welcome new trainers without prior rehabilitation skills. Comprehensive training will be provided over the first six months, covering essential rehabilitation techniques and client management strategies. The training program will be sponsored to selected candidates alongside a monthly basic pay.
 

Certifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer
- CPR and First Aid Certification
