Key Responsibilities
Sample & Marketing Materials Management
•
Maintain and housekeep physical marketing materials,
including product samples and catalogues
•
Track and update sample records, including details of
samples sent out to designers and architects
•
Prepare and pack samples for designers and architects
Sales & Customer Support
•
Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and process
purchasing orders
•
Handle Carousell sales inquiries and transactions
•
Update and maintain the company contact list
Accounts & Finance Support
•
Follow up and chase for accounts receivables and
outstanding payments
•
Prepare payment vouchers for checking and approval
prior to internet banking payments
General Administration
•
Manage filing and organisation of the Director's
documents
•
Support the marketing coordinator with preloved items
marketing, including labelling and product photography
