As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Fitness Manager / Senior Personal Trainer to lead from the front — coaching clients, mentoring trainers, and driving overall training standards.

The Role
This is a hybrid leadership + coaching role.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Delivering high-level personal training sessions (body recomposition, fat loss, performance)
• Managing and improving client results across the floor
• Setting the standard of coaching, professionalism, and energy
• Supporting junior trainers with programming, technique, and client management
• Driving retention, upsells, and overall client experience
This is not a “manager behind a desk” role — you are expected to coach at a high level while leading the team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coaching Excellence
• Deliver 1:1 personal training sessions at a premium standard
• Design structured programs (strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, HYROX/performance)
• Provide ongoing nutrition and lifestyle guidance
• Track and drive measurable client results

2. Team Leadership
• Mentor and upskill trainers on:
* Programming principles
* Exercise execution
* Client communication
• Run internal workshops and coaching audits
• Ensure consistency in training standards across the team

3. Client Experience & Retention
• Build strong client relationships and accountability systems
• Identify opportunities for progression and upselling
• Handle high-value clients with professionalism and care

4. Business & Operations
• Support membership growth through referrals and lead conversion
• Maintain high standards of gym floor presentation
• Assist in developing systems for scalability (program templates, onboarding flows, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have
• 3–5+ years of personal training experience
• Proven track record of client transformations
• Strong understanding of:
* Strength training & hypertrophy
* Fat loss & body recomposition
* Basic nutrition coaching
• Confident communicator with leadership presence

• Experience with HYROX / hybrid training / endurance performance
• Experience mentoring or managing other trainers
• Background working in a premium PT environment
