As the public healthcare supply chain agency, we design and execute a national level end-to-end supply chain blueprint in partnership with 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore.

About The Role
This individual will be part of the NUHS Cluster Ops Team, entrusted to strengthen governance and oversight across procurement processes & practices across NUHS. He/she is expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require him/her to effectively balance diverse stakeholder needs while managing concurrent priorities.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and conduct Control Self-Assessment (CSA) timely; encompassing the full spectrum of end-to-end procurement across the institutions in NUHS.
Provide practical advice and recommendations with regard to control measures in procurement, effectiveness and efficiency of work operations as well as best practices.
Identify areas of control weakness, detect irregularities, and provide recommendations to address the identified weaknesses based on a sound and systematic examination of the processes.
Plan and execute campaigns to raise awareness and promote good procurement and logistic governance within healthcare.
Any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related disciplines with min. 3 years working experience.
Experience in Supply Chain, QA or QC would be advantageous.
Good verbal and written business communication skills; able to frame ideas and proposals in a clear and concise way.
Meticulous with an eye for detail; resourceful; able to work both independently and as a team player.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, root causes of control issues and areas of improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
