Job Description:

• Based on local regulations and business strategy, establish risk-driven audit plan for responsible entities, independently execute and report audit projects to the Board of Directors as well as senior management;

• Have data analytical capabilities, able to use SQL or equivalent data analysis tool is preferred;

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Specialist (GRC) at the Vice President level to strengthen our IT risk management, governance, and compliance capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the financial services sector. This role serves as a key advisor to senior management and a central point of contact for all IT audit and compliance activities.

Responsibility:

• Lead and manage a high volume of audits, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
• Manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Internal Testing/ITE activities.
• Develop, enhance, and implement IT and cybersecurity policies, processes, and procedures to address audit findings and elevate process maturity.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, including at least 6 years in IT audit, IT risk, or IT compliance roles within an IT control function (preferably in financial services, banking, or payments).
• Candidates with backgrounds in IT governance, IT audit, or IT regulatory compliance who are keen to transition into IT risk management are also welcome.
• Strong hands-on experience in audit management
• Knowledge and experience in Risk Management (KRIs, ITE) and regulatory compliance, especially MAS and CCoP requirements.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, MAS TRM, MAS Cyber Hygiene, ISO 27001).

Your Role 

As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the regional hub, report directly to the Regional Finance Director based in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day finance operations across the Singapore, Bangkok, and Sydney offices, working closely with the Office Managing Director, Studio Directors, and Design Managers. 

What you will do 

• Oversee office full accounting functions including but not limited to: Project accounting, accounts payable, general ledger financial reporting and analysis, and month end closing. 

• Conduct performance comparative analysis for the office, studios (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) 

• Oversee all Coupa approval flows ensuring accurate recording of payments and appropriateness of all expenditure and disbursements. 

• Monitor Accounts Receivable and assist in collection efforts when necessary 

• Prepare, analyse, and take ownership over quarterly reforecasts in Anaplan including coordination with all related functions. 

• Assist Regional Finance Director in annual budgeting process 

• Deadline enforcement for billing, cash requirements, expense reports and expenses. 

• Key person of accounting contact for the offices - responsible for disseminating information, and providing advice and support for other Accounting Managers in the firm 

• Ability to manage the various processes taking place within the region (A/P, cash receipts, project accounting)

Your Qualifications

Job Summary

This Finance Manager offers the opportunity to lead the financial operations of a multi-entity ed-tech group, driving disciplined reporting and strategic growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape financial controls and support sustainable expansion.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Maintain and oversee the full set of accounts for all entities (currently 10 companies), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper intercompany alignment
• Perform timely monthly financial closing by the 10th working day of the following month to support management reporting timelines
