Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of SME audit clients by leading audit engagements in compliance with firm policies and professional standards, resolving technical issues, and fostering client relationships to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for SME clients by applying firm policies, procedures, and professional standards to deliver high-quality assurance services that meet regulatory and client expectations
• Direct audit teams to identify and resolve technical matters efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit deliverables
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business operations and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth and service expansion
• Apply analytical thinking and initiative to assess audit risks, evaluate financial data, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance client financial controls and compliance
• Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
• Demonstrate relevant experience delivering audit and assurance services in large or mid-tier international public accounting firms
• Possess or be ready to apply for a practicing certificate

• Exhibit strong technical skills in auditing standards and accounting principles to ensure audit quality and compliance

Join our team as an Audit Associate to contribute to delivering high-quality financial audits and compliance services across diverse industries, supporting business growth and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit procedures, including control testing, analytical procedures, and substantive tests of details, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Document the purpose, methodology, and conclusions of all audit procedures to maintain clear audit trails and support findings
• Assist clients in preparing financial statements in accordance with Singapore accounting standards to ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform consolidation of accounts to provide comprehensive financial reporting for client entities
• Conduct compliance procedures related to anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism for both existing and new onboarding clients
• Collaborate effectively with seniors and team members to support audit engagements and deliverables
• Manage assigned audit engagements proactively to meet deadlines and quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant audit experience preferred, with openness to entry-level candidates as comprehensive training will be provided

Job Description

• AP functions - Manage payment processing of vendor invoices and prepare payment;
• Prepare expenses and staff claims;
• AR functions - Post receipts to system, send monthly SOA to customers and follow up with outstanding payment;
• Reconciliation of overseas PO, invoice and SOA;
• Maintain up to date records and well organize documents;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• O/A Levels/Diploma with basic accounting knowledge;
• Knowledge of NAVISION software will be an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Responsible, able to mutli-task and well-organize.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out audit work of companies in various industries.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and audit finalisation reports.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of audit experience preferably in a medium-size accounting firm.
• Keen interest in the accounting profession
• Good team player, shows initiative, responsibility and commitment
• Able to work with least supervision

The Senior Audit Manager is a senior level management position responsible for managing a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit, in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and execute a robust Audit Plan, and direct complex audit activities for a component of the business at a regional or country level.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Manage a team of Internal Audit professionals, recruit staff, lead professional development, build effective teams and manage a budget
• Deliver audit reports, Internal Audit and Regulatory issue validation and business monitoring and governance committee reports
• Lead reviews for all types of reviews, including the most complex, and review and approve Business Monitoring Quarterly Summaries

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 10+ years of experience in a related role
• Proven experience in Internal Audit preferably within Finance, Financial & Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Reporting, Treasury, Capital, Tax
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
• Demonstrated successful experience in business, functional and people management
• Proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high quality deliverables according to strict timetables
• Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniques
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Execute and review regular OS patching, vulnerability assessments, and system configurations to ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Manage enterprise access controls, privileged accounts, password policies, and maintain accurate server and asset inventories for audit readiness.
• Oversee SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles, track End-of-Life and End-of-Support systems, and provide evidence for system lifecycle compliance.

• Prepare audit-ready reports for management and regulatory reviews, and support auditors with evidence and explanations of IT controls.
• Track remediation of security findings, ensure timely closure of audit and risk issues, and maintain comprehensive records of compliance checks and risk mitigation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT security operations, IT auditing, or IT compliance.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+).
• Strong knowledge of IT controls, risk frameworks, and audit practices.
• AWS certifications and familiarity with cloud security auditing will be good to have.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an audit mindset.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience with IT security monitoring, logging, and compliance tools.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.
