Job Summary
This role focuses on managing and supporting merchant accounts through proactive communication and relationship building. Responsibilities include handling merchant enquiries, resolving operational issues, collecting and verifying documents, maintaining accurate system records, and preparing reports and data analyses to support business reviews and decision-making. The role requires strong product knowledge to identify cross-sell opportunities, along with ongoing administrative and customer service support for merchants and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging digital and print content tailored to merchant needs to promote programmes and initiatives across defined merchant segments
- Manage communication channels such as social media and EDMs to increase awareness and programme participation among merchants
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver merchant-facing content on schedule and meeting quality standards
- Conduct telesales using defined outreach scripts to drive programme sign-ups and accurately document merchant responses and commitments
- Support planning and execution of on-ground merchant events including logistics, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up
- Qualify leads by assessing merchant needs and referring them to relevant teams or pitching suitable services based on criteria
- Develop deep understanding of client products and business goals to propose cross-sell opportunities that support merchant growth and improve programme outcomes
- Prepare merchant logbooks, 1:1 business review decks, and meeting materials supplemented with qualitative and quantitative data insights for structured discussions
- Analyze business data and create reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders to monitor programme performance, merchant engagement, and sales pipeline metrics

- Strong Canva design skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective merchant engagement and team collaboration
