The part you will play

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. Grow Account NMV and Revenue:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and overall revenue of key accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Conduct monthly, weekly and post mortem business review to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within key accounts.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive account growth.

Promo Planning / Alignment:

• Develop and execute promotional plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Client Coordination:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Platform Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and platform partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate platform-specific activities and initiatives to maximize account performance.
  

Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with various internal teams, including customer experience (CX), operations (Ops), Graphic Design (GD), finance, to ensure cohesive account management.

• Min 2-3  years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
