About the Role

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in cloud computing, IT solutions, infrastructure, SaaS, or related technology sectors, including key account or enterprise sales experience.
3. Proven track record in new business development, pipeline building, and achieving measurable sales outcomes.
4. Ability to independently drive sales opportunities from lead generation through to contract closure.
5. Familiarity with AWS or GCP. Experience in AI-related solution sales would be advantageous.
6. Strong ability to collaborate with presales, solution architects, and technical teams to shape customer solutions.
7. Strong business development mindset, commercial acumen, and results orientation.
8. Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills.
9. Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
10. The Key Account Manager is tasked to hit the revenue target in the region.   Based on the company's overall strategy and combined with the characteristics of the regional market (such as industry distribution, customer needs, and competitive situation), formulate an annual regional sales strategy, and clarify the business growth direction and market share targets. 

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES  

Achievement of Sales Targets 

• Independently undertake the development and maintenance of core key accounts (Automotive OEMs, Tiers) in the region, identify customer data service needs, lead negotiations for high-value projects, and achieve personal annual sales targets. 
• Optimize sales pipeline management, monitor lead conversion rates and the progress of business opportunities, formulate early warning and remedial measures for potential risks, and improve sales efficiency. 

Client Relationship Management 

• Establish a hierarchical management system for key accounts in the region, formulate differentiated maintenance strategies, and ensure a high satisfaction of key accounts. 
• Regularly visit key accounts, deeply understand their business pain points and data needs, and promote the upgrading of service solutions; take the lead in customer contract renewals, additional purchases, and referrals to enhance the lifetime value of customers. 

Sales Process Management and Reporting 

• Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and identify trends and areas for improvement. 
• Update individual and team sales progress on a weekly basis, ensure an up-to-date reginal sales status is always reflected in the CRM system and Contract management System. 

Cross – Functional Teamwork 

o   Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operation, finance, product… to enhance overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Professional Background 

• 10+ years of experience in a sales role  
• More than 5 years of key account sales experience.  
• Experience in Automotive industry is must to have

• Have an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics, industry trends and customer needs in the automotive and industrial fields. And be familiar with relevant business knowledge such as benchmarking analysis and industry reports.

Be proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management methods and be able to effectively formulate sales strategies and promote the progress of sales projects.

The Account Manager (Telco) is responsible for promoting, selling, and optimizing BICS’ international wholesale voice and mobile data solutions across an assigned customer portfolio. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of telco services, and the ability to manage complex negotiations and cross‑functional coordination.

You will work closely with in‑country partners, internal teams, and regional stakeholders to drive revenue growth, ensure timely delivery of solutions, and provide insights on market, regulatory, and technology developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell BICS’ international wholesale voice and mobile data solutions to assigned customers.
• Negotiate and conclude voice traffic exchange agreements with in‑country partners to create value and improve profitability.
• Optimize and retain the existing product portfolio (voice and/or mobile data) across assigned accounts.
• Sell new and complex mobile data solutions, including signalling, roaming, and messaging in line with commercial strategy.
• Manage the full cycle from contract negotiation to solution delivery, coordinating with legal, finance, product management, and technical teams.
• Provide insights on market, regulatory, and technology changes relevant to assigned markets.
