The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth. The part you will play

A Senior Key Account Manager is the liaison office between Intrepid, its clients and the platform/s the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

• Implement and execute the joint business plan (JBP) of the brand with a platform
• Deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners, through internal & external coordination with concerned departments:
• Content management & optimization
• Campaign strategies & execution
• Chat response representation of the brand/seller
• Operations capacity and process implementation
• Progressive revenue trend and overall online sales performance

• Handle full set of accounts independently.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.

Job Summary

This Finance Manager offers the opportunity to lead the financial operations of a multi-entity ed-tech group, driving disciplined reporting and strategic growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape financial controls and support sustainable expansion.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Maintain and oversee the full set of accounts for all entities (currently 10 companies), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper intercompany alignment
• Perform timely monthly financial closing by the 10th working day of the following month to support management reporting timelines
• Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements, to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor and manage cashflow across all entities, providing clear visibility and actionable insights to management

Revenue & Receivables Management

• Extract and reconcile sales data from internal systems (e.g. OClass) and ensure accurate recording into QuickBooks Online across all entities

Expense & Cost Management

• Record, verify, and reconcile all expenses based on supporting documents (e.g. invoices, receipts), ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records
• Review shared costs (e.g. rental, utilities, marketing) and perform appropriate cost allocations and intercompany backcharges across entities
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all financial transactions

Payroll & Intercompany Accounting

• Process payroll entries and allocate staff costs across entities based on defined allocation frameworks
• Maintain accurate intercompany balances and ensure all related party transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and aligned across entities

Compliance & Statutory Reporting

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns in compliance with Singapore tax regulations
• Liaise with IRAS and external tax agents on tax matters, including annual tax computations and filings
• Prepare year-end schedules and support the preparation of tax computations and unaudited financial statements for all entities

Systems, Controls & Process Improvement

• Ensure all financial data is properly maintained in QuickBooks Online with strong audit trails and documentation standards

The Role

We're looking for a Red Team Manager to lead our offensive security function — a team of ethical hackers tasked with simulating real-world threat actors across our environments. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll run engagements yourself while building and managing the team, owning the programme, and translating findings into concrete risk outcomes for senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute full-scope red team engagements across network, application, cloud, mobile, and physical vectors
• Lead purple-team exercises with the SOC and Blue Team to test detection and response
• Manage the bug bounty programme end-to-end, including triage and remediation coordination
• Maintain red team infrastructure (C2 frameworks, phishing simulation platforms) to production-safe standards
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of operators, pentesters, and threat intelligence analysts
• Translate findings into risk statements aligned with ISO 31000 and NIST RMF; contribute to board-level risk reporting
• Ensure engagements comply with MAS TRM, PDPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable regulations across our operating jurisdictions
• Produce executive and technical reports with clear risk ratings, business impact narratives, and remediation roadmaps

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent
• 8+ years of hands-on offensive security experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Proven expertise across web apps, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), mobile (iOS/Android), APIs, and internal networks
• Experience working in a regulated financial services or payments environment
• Working knowledge of MAS TRM, GDPR, UK GDPR, FCA Operational Resilience, and DORA
• Proficiency with red team tooling: Cobalt Strike/Brute Ratel, Sliver, Metasploit, Burp Suite Pro, BloodHound, Impacket; scripting in Python, C#, or PowerShell
• Strong communicator — able to present technical findings clearly to non-technical executives and board members

Preferred: OSCP/OSED/OSWE, CRTO, GXPN, CISSP, CISM, CRISC; prior TIBER-EU or iCAST experience; exposure to blockchain or digital asset infrastructure
