Principal Accountabilities
- All Spectrum of AP , Intercompany transaction , schedule Update
- Assist in Month-end closing, e.g bank reconciliation, Interco reconciliation, etc.;
- Prepare daily cashflow update , AP financing documents preparation
- Import declaration Reconciliation
- Assist in HR/Administrative function; documents filing
- Support GST Filing and AR matters
Key Challenges
- Be thorough, Hardworking, Positive attitude, sense of urgency and willing to take a new challenges
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Able to cope in dynamic working environment
- Hands on experience of SAP B1 ERP will be preferred
- Effective communication skill with internal and external parties;
Skills, Know How and experience
1. Diploma in accounting or above
2. 3 years and above related experience
