As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe, sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning.
Your primary duties & responsibilities include:
- Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check outs and guest enquiries
- Perform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night
- Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage daily operations such as check in/ check out, billing and reporting.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments including Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor and develop the team, fostering a positive Heartist culture.
- Drive revenue through upselling and loyalty engagement.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, security and Accor brand standards.
