This Role
Responsible for managing the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring compliance and quality in deliverables, developing team capability, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency through continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You’ll manage and oversee the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring accurate, timely deliverables that meet regulatory requirements, client expectations, and internal procedures.
- You’ll lead and develop team members through coaching, training, performance management, and accountability, fostering capability and professional growth.
- You’ll monitor workflow by managing team capacity, reallocating resources, addressing escalations, and ensuring KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are consistently met.
- You’ll collaborate with stakeholders including the Associate Director, onshore teams, and support functions to manage priorities, governance reporting, and service performance.
- You’ll drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements, workflow improvements, KPI reporting, and initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and operational control.
