Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national Key Project Management (KPM) strategy for approximately 30 key luxury developers across India.
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders to identify strategic accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
- Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, and building finishes by influencing specifications at the design stage.
- Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and value engineering discussions with stakeholders to support project conversion.
- Manage the national project pipeline from concept to execution through effective cross-functional coordination with regional and zonal teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities within the residential and commercial construction sectors.
