- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with HR data management and filing.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
- Participate in HR projects and other assignments as required.
