Marketing Key Responsibilities [65%]
Lead strategy, vision, roadmap planning and execution for Maujual’s growth marketing and 360 marketing efforts that align with business objectives & priorities.
Lead store launch campaigns including activations, press releases, and partner presence.
Oversee a performance marketing direct report for paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google PMax/SEM, and TikTok Ads and review campaign results and optimize spend allocation.
Oversee content marketing direct report for social media and content creation.
Lead CRM program development including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and broadcast messaging via WhatsApp (Qontak) and email (Mailchimp / Shopify Email).
Coordinate with the CS team and tech stakeholders to operationalize CRM triggers and contact capture at POS.
Evaluate campaign performance and iterate based on defined evaluation cycles.
Oversee SEO strategy for Maujual including content planning, on-page optimization.
Coordinate with tech stakeholders for technical SEO improvement.
Branding & Design Key Responsibility [20%]
Manage and update brand guidelines where update is necessary.
Ensure that all design workload and requests are managed.
Ensure that all design assets are managed.
Manage design briefs, vendor procurement (POs), and print production end-to-end.
Coordinate store branding, offline marketing, public relations materials across all Maujual Store locations.
Coordinate the end-to-end marketing procurement process: vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order (PO) creation, and invoice tracking.
Coordinate delivery timelines and vendor accountability for campaign-critical materials.
CarouBiz Indonesia (B2C Ad Tech) [15%]
Oversee marketing support for CarouBiz, a B2C ad tech product helping Carousell merchants manage platform ads separate from Maujual's own marketplace presence.
Own the P/L performance of CarouBiz as a business unit within PT Laku6 Online Indonesia.
