We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
- Assist in preparing and sending job offer letters and mobilisation requests
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and addressing their queries
- Support the sourcing and screening of potential candidates for various positions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline and improve hiring processes
- Assist in organising and coordinating recruitment events and job fairs
- Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process
