Job Description
Manage Modern Trade accounts under BBA (MHI)
Manage promoters assigned to partner stores
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of quarterly targets (Q1–Q4) derived from annual business targets
Monitor product availability, sales movement, and overall account performance across assigned stores/accounts
Coordinate and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and partner events
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth
Conduct regular store visits and go down to the field during events/activations to monitor promoters and ensure execution quality
Prepare sales reports, account updates, and performance analysis regularly
