Handles day-to-day client implementation onboarding operation for new clients, existing growth, and migration.Responsible in communication and timely responses to queries via emails and callsSet up legal entities and investors in the system for medium-high complexity entitiesProcess data from client/old administrator and input into IQ EQ reporting tool for medium-high complexity entitiesPerform reconciliations on process data for medium-high complexity entitiesPerform internal training for client implementation processContribute to process improvement and maintain quality standards for client portfoliosQualifications
4 year's relevant experience working in shared services or fund accountingBachelor's degree in accountancy or related finance fieldExperience in managing service operations and client deliverables or client onboarding experienceExcellent organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skillsintermediate Microsoft office skills with particular focus on MS ExcelAdditional Information
