Establishing and implementation of project quality plan, inspection and testing plan and work procedure for Piping, Pressure Vessel and Steel Structural works
Formulate and implement QC checklist, inspection record formats and documentation
Oversee and ensure the site work executed is in accordance with the quality control procedure and contractual requirements to achieve good quality for all projects
Quality performance data collection and documentation for trends and root cause analysis for process improvement
Identity, record and highlight to Project Manager of any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks
QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection
Establishing the contract requirements for both materials and works
Good business acumen and able to evaluate business needs
Manage Project in setting up and document control
Reviewing and updating the project quality plan
Work closely with project team and representatives on systematic selection and evaluation of materials, subcontractors and suppliers
Participate and coordinate site internal and external QA/QC audits to ensure operations are compiled to ISO standard
Minimum ASNT or PCN level III in RT / MT/ PT UT
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in QAQC Engineering position, preferably within an Oil and Gas field. Candidate will be considered for Manager post with at least 8 years’ experience.
Preferably managers specializing in quality Assurance/Control, Engineering – in Oil and Gas industry
Familiar with ISO standard for ISO/IEC 17025
Knowledge of relevant national and international codes and standards (SS, BSEN, ASME, AWS,
ASTM, API, etc.) and familiar with Authorities’ standard details
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Good communication, presentation and inter personal skills
