Job Description
How You Will Do It:
- Assist Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring
- Responsible for selling and promoting jewellery products
- Provide high class and professional customer service
- Assist colleagues in completing business
- Assist in daily departmental operations and product work
- Train new hires
- Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
What We Look for:
- Secondary level or above
- At least 3 years solid working experience in jewellery retail industry
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
**Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Jewellery Sales Supervisor / Senior Jewellery Sales Supervisor**
