工作職責：

人力資源

1. 協助人力資源及行政經理處理所有與人力資源相關的事宜，以確保營運順暢並與業務目標一致。
2. 參與人力資源活動的各個方面，包括員工敬業度、員工關係、入職培訓、薪資、薪酬福利、招聘、學習發展和績效管理。
3. 招募與人才獲取：
4. 制定並實施招募策略以吸引人才。

• 具備地坪施工流程及樁基工程經驗。
• 具備建築資訊模型（BIM）流程經驗者優先考慮。
• 具備良好的專案會計知識與理解能力
• 積極主動、足智多謀、盡職盡責、以結果為導向
• 熟悉 Microsoft Project、Microsoft Excel、Autocad。
