The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), is a senior enterprise leader and key architect of business performance, responsible for shaping the workforce, leadership capability, and operating culture that enable sustained growth, owner confidence, and brand strength across the region.
This role goes beyond leading an HR function. The CHRO is a steward of culture, architect of talent strategy, and catalyst for transformation, ensuring that people, leadership, and organizational capability are tightly aligned with business priorities. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
STRATEGIC TALENT & ORGANIZATION LEADERSHIP
• Act as a core member of leadership team, integrating people strategy into business planning, transformation initiatives, and growth priorities to drive unit growth, market expansion, and brand excellence / evolution.
• Anticipate workforce trends, capability gaps, and organizational risks, translating insights into proactive, data‑informed people decisions.
• Shape end‑to‑end talent strategies—spanning attraction, development, engagement, and succession—to build strong leadership pipelines, organizational resilience and ultimately ensure the achievement of targets in support of the continent’s balanced scorecard goals.
CULTURE, LEADERSHIP, & CHANGE ENABLEMENT
• Champion a high‑performance, inclusive culture that reflects the values of the company while embracing regional and local market diversity.
• Lead enterprise and regional change efforts—including organizational evolution, leadership transitions, and business transformation—ensuring adoption, engagement, and sustained impact.
• Anticipate inflection points and proactively reconfigure talent, leadership, and culture to support future business scenarios.
• Elevate leadership effectiveness through coaching, organizational development, and targeted capability‑building across all levels.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Proven success as a Senior HR Lead, including a minimum of five years leading HR at a business unit, division, or enterprise level with a prior track record of increasingly responsible and progressive career growth.
• Experience operating as a member of a senior executive or regional leadership team within complex, matrixed, multi‑market organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership of large‑scale transformation efforts, including organizational change, talent strategy evolution, and enterprise program adoption.
• Strong ability to influence across cultures, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• A blend of HR generalist leadership and depth in one or more specialty areas(talent, OD, rewards, workforce strategy, or learning).
• A track record of modernizing HR practices through digital enablement, analytics, and improved associate experience.
Requirements:
Must have hands on experience in Head of Human Resources or equivalent Capacity
Preferably with a Bachelor Degree/Diploma
