Responsibilities:

• Performs set-up/changeovers, takes corrective action to eliminate production defects and reduce in-process losses with minimal support from superior.

The Senior Product Quality Engineer (Sr. PQE) is responsible for leading Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) programs and ensuring long-term quality and reliability performance of our products across design, manufacturing, and field deployment. This role drives best-in-class reliability monitoring, stress testing, and continuous improvement to meet international standards and customer requirements.

The Sr. PQE works cross-functionally with Design, Test, Manufacturing, Reliability Labs, FA Labs, and Customer/Supplier Quality teams to prevent defects, proactively identify reliability risks, and drive robust product quality throughout the product lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) strategies and programs for production products, including sample selection, test setup, acceleration models, and data analysis.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve ORT plans and suitable stress tests tailored to specific product applications and use conditions.
• Attend key milestone meetings (from design kick-off through production transfer) with a strong emphasis on long-term reliability risks and ORT requirements.
• Perform and review product qualifications (new products, second source, material/design/process changes) while ensuring seamless integration with ORT programs.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

This position reports to the Plant Manager, Kulim and will be responsible for planning material and production requirements to support the plant's short-, mid-, and long-term needs. This is a strategic position with the expectation that the candidate will eventually take over overall Material Planning and Production Planning. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Material Planning:

• The person will be working very closely with the Demand and Production Planning to ensure direct materials and consumables short, mid and long term demand are properly understood, aligned, planned and purchased.
• The person will be responsible and accountable to ensure that the material inventory levels are kept within our forecast and work with Procurement, Global Procurement and Suppliers to continuously drive improvements in terms of lead time, pricing, sourcing for business continuity, quality and delivery.
• Prepare monthly reports and quarterly reports such as KPI report, Risk Inventory Report, Spend Data Report for cost saving, Supplier On Time Delivery (OTD) Performance Report and Supplier Performance Review Report.

Production Planning:

• Production planning and forecast management for respective production lines.
• Inventory management to streamline production, meet on-time delivery and achieve inventory performance targets.
• Capacity analysis and improvement.
• Production planning by quarterly according to the analysis of historical order, forecast, capacity and inventory status.
• Overall responsible for production schedule to meet delivery targets and shorten end-to-end lead time.
• Keep good communication and relationship with customers.

We are seeking fresh/experienced Test Maintenance Technician to support and sustain Final Test (FT) operations in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining stable test performance, supporting equipment and hardware, and ensuring consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, 3/6 monthly preventative maintenance (PM) on ATE testers, handlers, and contactors.
• Clean and replace consumable parts like contactor pins, sockets, and indexers.
• Perform routine calibration of the test system's instruments (voltage sources, digital pins, parametric measurement units).
• Troubleshoot hardware issues related to the test cell, including mechanical, electrical, and thermal problems

We are looking for an experienced Senior Reliability Technician to join the Global Reliability Lab team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our reliability engineers to set up, operate, and maintain laboratory test equipment, while ensuring precise execution of qualification plans. You will play a hands-on role in conducting environmental and physical tests, maintaining lab data integrity, and upholding safety standards to support product quality from development through high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•  Reliability Testing & CA Execution: Conduct reliability testing for device and package qualification according to JEDEC/AEC-Q100 standards. Perform detailed Component Analysis (CA) activities, including solderability testing, X-ray inspections, wire pull, ball shear, solder ball shear, die shear tests, and physical dimension measurement.
•  Lab Equipment & Database Management: Set up, operate and maintain accelerated environmental test systems. Manage, maintain, and update reliability databases to ensure all data is accurate and delivered on time.
•  Compliance, Safety & Operational Support: Fully comply with all reliability operating procedures and systems. Fulfill tasks delegated by supervisors or engineers.
