Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department. The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting, treasury management, compliance matters, and E-Invoicing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
• Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely fulfilment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally.

Marketing

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
• Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Track and analyze marketing results and prepare simple reports.

Operations Coordination

• Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
• Handle and resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Customer Service

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and e-commerce chat platforms.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Able to speak and write Mandarin and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing, or customer service.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Monitor all activities related Quality Assurance to ensure the company operations in compliance with ISO & HALAL.
• Assist superior in overall functions and activities of QA & QC Department.
• Ensure quality in products analyzing and provide solutions for quality improvements as well as inspection planning and quality auditing.
• Carry out internal audit to finalize finding result according to QA policy and procedure to ensure compliance to relevant requirement.
• Carry out investigation on any non-conformance product and perform necessary corrective actions to ensure conformance Quality Assurance requirement.
• Conduct testing, evaluating, verifying and report preparation.
• Manage the hygiene activities across the site.
• Prepare documentation for quality system.
• Assist QA Executive / Manager to investigate Customer Complaint.

Requirements

• Candidate must prosess at least Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience on the related field will be added advantage.
