Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Production Cells to achieve operational excellence in production, safety, resource planning, productivity, yield, 5S, on-time delivery (OTD), and product quality
• Collaborate with supervisors to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions to meet budgets, schedules, and performance targets
• Provide technical leadership in manufacturing processes and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) and shop floor inventory with controlled material requisition issuance

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing management experience
• Proven ability to make independent, sound decisions and resourcefully resolve day-to-day issues
• Manufacturing experience in the semiconductor industry managing a team of over 180 staff at all levels
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in manufacturing contexts
