Ensure Toolbox Talks are taking place.

Review labor and scheduling with Superintendent, site Foreman, and field crews.

Ensure project is completed safely, in time, within scope and on budget.

Request, process and submit closeout documents (O&Ms, warranties, training, attic stock).

• Align BIM implementation with the project's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that BIM supports the project's goals and enhances efficiency
• To Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure integrated and coordinated design and construction models.
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, engaging with all stakeholders including project owners, design teams, contractors, and Client’s representatives.
• Monitor regular run of Clash Detection within the BIM models and identify and resolve conflicts and to prevent issues during construction.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of BIM models, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and Client’s standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team regarding BIM tools and processes.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for project staff to enhance their BIM skills and knowledge.
• Monitor the progress of BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Generate regular reports on BIM-related progress, issues, and achievements for the project management team and Client.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to support BIM activities and maintain project timelines.
• Introduce innovative solutions and practices that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BIM in the project.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with BIM implementation and integration within the project.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues related to BIM
• Promote the use of BIM for sustainable design practices, optimizing energy performance and reducing waste.
• Ensure that BIM models contain relevant information for the entire lifecycle of the infrastructure, facilitating maintenance and operations post-construction.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 6 years of working experience in construction design, drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and/ or coordination (services)
• Formally trained in specialist diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 4 years of experience in services coordination using BIM or BIM Management and/or modelling experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project. As a minimum, completed one full project cycle from design to as-built stage
• Work location is situation in the East of Singapore.

Job Description

The Supply Chain Order Management Manager leads the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders. This role acts as a key interface between Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer commitments are met.

Order Management and Execution

• Own RLC-Asia Order Process and Delivery activities, from order validation through fulfillment and ensures on-time delivery performance.
• Manage and handles order holds, backorders, allocation constraints, and delivery issues.
• Establish and monitor order fulfillment KPIs (On-time Delivery, backlog, etc.)
  

Customer and Cross Functional Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Warehouse, and Transportation teams on RLC Order related matters.
• Act as escalation point for customer delivery issues and business-critical shipments
• Communicate delivery commitments, changes, and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide order visibility and backlog updates to support planning and execution decisions
  

Process / Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in order management workflows, controls, and system utilization
• Standardize order management processes across regions or business units
• Lead or support transformation initiatives (ERP upgrades, automation, digital tools)
  

Reporting, Data and Analytics

• Analyze order patterns, backlog trends, and fulfillment risks
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to Global Operations Leadership
• Support forecasting accuracy and capacity planning through order visibility
• Execute order transactions in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  

Compliance and Process Governance

• Ensure compliance with trade, export controls, and internal policies
• Follow standard operating procedures and control requirements
• Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the order management team
• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews
• Build strong customer focus and accountability culture
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• Typically 6+ years relevant experience in Order Management or Customer Fulfillment for entry to this level.
• Knowledge of global shipping, incoterms, and trade compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, regional, matrix environments
• Prior experience in SAP system is highly preferred.
