Responsibilities :-

• Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of cost, schedule and quality
• Responsible for project cost control, project planning and implementation
• -Identity priorities and tasks and develop the organization structure to assure executions of tasks, by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals
• Ensuring project quality and identity risk management and develop mitigation plan
• Regular updating and reporting of project performance, progress and analysis
• Monitor performance indications and client contractual requirements
• Deeply involved in improving engineering and procurement to enhance competency
• Communicate with the client's representatives continuously regarding project progress and areas of concerns
• Establish beneficial partnership with customers, sub-contractors and vendor

Requirements :-

• Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Years of management experience of project management
• Experienced in ground treatment works Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD), bridge works and others Infra works.
• Experience in ground slab construction process & piling works.
• Experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) process it is an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of project accounting
• Dynamic, resourceful, committed and result oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Autocad.

• 負責專案成本控制、專案規劃與實施

• 定期更新和報告專案績效、進度和分析

要求 ：-

• 土木工程或相關專業學位。
• 至少10年專案管理經驗
• 在地面處理工程、預製垂直排水系統（PVD）、橋樑工程及其他基礎設施工程方面經驗豐富。
• 具備地坪施工流程及樁基工程經驗。
• 具備建築資訊模型（BIM）流程經驗者優先考慮。
• 具備良好的專案會計知識與理解能力
• 積極主動、足智多謀、盡職盡責、以結果為導向
• 熟悉 Microsoft Project、Microsoft Excel、Autocad。

• Menguruskan keseluruhan spektrum pelaksanaan projek dari segi kos, jadual dan kualiti
• Bertanggungjawab untuk mengawal kos projek, merancang dan melaksanakan projek
• -Mengenal pasti keutamaan dan tugasan serta membangunkan struktur organisasi untuk memastikan pelaksanaan tugasan, dengan menyediakan hala tuju yang jelas tentang kaedah, jangka masa dan jadual untuk mencapai matlamat yang dinyatakan
• Memastikan kualiti projek dan pengurusan risiko identiti serta membangunkan pelan mitigasi
• Pengemaskinian dan pelaporan prestasi, kemajuan dan analisis projek secara berkala
• Pantau petunjuk prestasi dan keperluan kontrak pelanggan
• Terlibat secara mendalam dalam menambah baik kejuruteraan dan perolehan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan
• Berkomunikasi dengan wakil pelanggan secara berterusan mengenai kemajuan projek dan bidang yang menjadi perhatian
• Mewujudkan kerjasama yang bermanfaat dengan pelanggan, subkontraktor dan vendor

Keperluan:-

• Ijazah Kejuruteraan (Awam) atau setaraf.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 10 tahun pengalaman pengurusan projek
• Berpengalaman dalam kerja-kerja rawatan tanah, Saliran Menegak Pasang Siap (PVD), kerja-kerja jambatan dan kerja-kerja Infrastruktur yang lain.
• Pengalaman dalam proses pembinaan papak tanah & kerja-kerja pemasangan cerucuk.
• Pengalaman dalam proses Pemodelan Maklumat Bangunan (BIM) adalah satu kelebihan
• Pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang baik tentang perakaunan projek
• Dinamik, bijak, komited dan berorientasikan hasil
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Autocad.
