Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media & Ads Buying (50%)

• Campaign Strategy & Setup: Plan, build, and execute end-to-end paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Google Display Network (GDN), and YouTube.

• Audience Targeting: Build custom and lookalike audiences targeting specific demographics (e.g., new BTO key-holders, homeowners planning renovations, smart tech enthusiasts, and interior designers in Singapore).

• Budget & ROI Optimization: Monitor daily ad spend, track KPIs (Cost-Per-Click, Cost-Per-Lead, Click-Through Rates), and aggressively optimize campaigns to maximize event pre-registrations and voucher downloads.

• A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, hooks, formats (carousels vs. videos), and landing pages to find the winning combinations.

2. Content Creation & Social Media (50%)

• On-Trend Content Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (TikToks, IG Reels, Shorts) and aesthetic static graphics showcasing participating global smart brands, event exclusive "Sure-Win" prizes, and tech previews.

• Copywriting: Write punchy, engaging social media captions, email newsletters, and ad copies that embody the "Smart Home Starts Here!" theme.

• Influencer & Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with tech influencers, media partners, and exhibiting brands to cross-promote content and drive organic reach.

• On-Site Event Coverage: Step onto the exhibition floor at Suntec during the event to capture live content, interview visitors, shoot vox-pops, and run real-time updates/stories.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns, specifically managing paid ads and content creation (Agency or Event experience is a massive plus).

• Technical Ads Skills: Proven track record with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels.

• Creative Toolkit: Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).

• On-Camera Confidence: Willingness to step behind and occasionally in front of the camera to host quick event previews or product demos.

• Industry Passion: A genuine interest in consumer technology, smart home ecosystems (Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings), or interior design.

The Probe Product Engineer in STPG Product Engineering owns probe strategy and silicon learning at wafer test, spanning pre‑silicon design‑to‑probe staging, first‑silicon bring‑up, qualification, and high‑volume manufacturing (HVM).

This role is accountable for defining probe coverage intent, establishing limits and guard‑bands grounded in silicon behavior, and driving yield, quality, and test‑cost outcomes. The focus is on interpreting design intent, device operation, and process interactions, and translating product risk into robust, manufacturable probe strategies aligned with downstream test and customer requirements.

The engineer works closely with Design, DFT, Design Validation (DV), Process Integration, Backend Test, and Reliability teams to ensure probe solutions are technically sound, scalable, and product‑centric across the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Probe Coverage Strategy & Ownership

• Define and own probe coverage intent by mapping design features, device behavior, and process risks into probe observability, screening mechanisms, trims, and guard‑bands.

• Define, release, and sustain probe test flows from first silicon through qualification and HVM, ensuring coverage objectives are met without unnecessary test overhead.

• Establish probe limits and guard‑bands based on silicon characterization, design intent, and customer specifications, with clear alignment to downstream test.

• Lead probe enablement for new product introductions (NPI) and technology ramps, identifying coverage and manufacturability risks early and driving mitigation plans.

Pre‑Silicon Design‑to‑Probe Staging & DFT Readiness

• Partner with Design, DFT, and DV teams during pre‑silicon phases to drive effective design‑to‑probe staging.

• Review and influence DFT architecture, test hooks, observability, redundancy, and trim structures to enable efficient and manufacturable probe coverage.

• Participate in pre‑silicon verification and simulation reviews to reduce first‑silicon debug risk.

• Define probe coverage intent early and ensure continuity from design features through probe and downstream test (shift‑left learning).

First Silicon Bring‑Up & Device Characterization

• Support first‑silicon bring‑up using engineering probe platforms and lab‑based characterization setups.

• Perform silicon and device‑level characterization (parametric behavior, margins, trims, stress response) to inform probe limits and screening strategy.

• Correlate early silicon behavior with probe results to validate coverage intent, identify gaps, and eliminate redundant content.

• Provide early silicon learning to accelerate probe flow stabilization and yield ramp.

Yield, Quality & Reliability Enablement

• Drive wafer‑level yield learning, bin definitions, and failure‑mode analysis at probe.

• Enable intrinsic and extrinsic screening strategies in collaboration with Reliability teams.

• Provide structured, data‑backed feedback to Fab, Process Integration, Design, and DV teams to close learning loops efficiently.

Test Efficiency & Cost Optimization

• Drive test efficiency improvements through coverage right‑sizing and flow optimization, aligned to product and market needs.

• Support wafer‑level speed (WLS) activities as part of broader probe optimization efforts.

• Balance coverage, yield, quality, and cost trade‑offs using silicon data and product risk understanding.

Data, Analytics & AI Enablement

• Leverage probe, inline, and reliability data for yield analysis, anomaly detection, and decision support.

• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives such as predictive probe, smart sampling, and test optimization.

• Apply data‑driven insights to continuously improve probe effectiveness and efficiency.

Artificial Intelligence

• Using, applying, and leveraging AI, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and support innovation by incorporating AI-driven solutions and enabling data-driven decision-making across projects and teams

Experience Level & Entry Consideration

What You'll Do

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end work pass applications and renewals (EP, S Pass, DP LOC) via MOM portal
• Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires — including first-day briefings and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files (digital and physical)
• Support offboarding processes including resignation acknowledgements and exit clearance

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage employee claims, allowances, and reimbursements via the HR system
• Maintain accurate records of leave entitlements and balances
• Coordinate with the finance team on payroll-related matters where required
• Administer employee benefits and ensure timely processing of submissions

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure HR practices are aligned with MOM regulations and Employment Act requirements
• Assist in drafting or updating HR policies and employee handbook as needed

Office & Admin

• Manage day-to-day office operations — supplies, vendor coordination, facilities
• Support founders and management with administrative tasks and scheduling

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of HR & admin experience, ideally in a small or boutique firm
• Hands-on experience with MOM work pass applications (EP/S Pass) is a strong plus
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and CPF regulations
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal hand-holding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or payroll tools is a bonus

We are hiring Executive, GI Operations (Receipting) to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone and email enquiries from customer care teams, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate receipting of payments across all payment modes
• Support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Process GI product-related GIRO collections and recurring credit card payments
• Perform credit card charging for General Insurance (GI) products
• Conduct account reconciliations and payment allocations
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues relating to their accounts
• Ensure timely clearance of unreconciled premium collections reflected in bank statements and statements of account
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required
• Undertake additional duties assigned by management
• Relevant finance or accounting experience would be an added advantage.
• Experience in accounts reconciliation, receipting, or operations support would be an added advantage.

Position: Export Customer Service Executive
Salary: up to $3500
Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat)
Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport)

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct Customer Contact: Excellent, amiable, and trustworthy service is provided.
• After receiving the booking, be sure you give the customer the flight information within the allotted time (one hour).
• When processing the export work order, make sure that the export documents are compliant.
• Apply for the appropriate export permission and expedite the processing of other export customs.
• All calls must be answered within three ringing tones. (without fail)
• Always keep an eye on the onboard status and notify the customer of any irregularities.
• Good communication between all relevant departments, such as the planning team, operations, warehouse, and traffic.
• Making sure that the applicable freight rates are accurate and up to current at all times.
• Always aware of and up to date on any new requirements or modifications made by airlines or the government.
• Make sure that every monthly customer report is consistently submitted on time.
• Communicating with internal and external parties regarding the management and status of shipments.
• Making sure that every shipment is properly tracked and organized in accordance with SOP.
• Working on unique arrangements with sales and other function groups.
