• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory submissions, and claims administration
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Singapore employment laws, and statutory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to analyse HR data for reporting and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
