In this role, you will work under the guidance of our reliability engineers to set up, operate, and maintain laboratory test equipment, while ensuring precise execution of qualification plans. You will play a hands-on role in conducting environmental and physical tests, maintaining lab data integrity, and upholding safety standards to support product quality from development through high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•  Reliability Testing & CA Execution: Conduct reliability testing for device and package qualification according to JEDEC/AEC-Q100 standards. Perform detailed Component Analysis (CA) activities, including solderability testing, X-ray inspections, wire pull, ball shear, solder ball shear, die shear tests, and physical dimension measurement.
•  Lab Equipment & Database Management: Set up, operate and maintain accelerated environmental test systems. Manage, maintain, and update reliability databases to ensure all data is accurate and delivered on time.
•  Compliance, Safety & Operational Support: Fully comply with all reliability operating procedures and systems. Fulfill tasks delegated by supervisors or engineers.

The Project LSS Quality Executive is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) at project sites, particularly for Large Scale Solar (LSS) developments. The role ensures that all construction and installation activities comply with ISO 9001 standards, regulatory requirements, client specifications, and approved methodologies, while promoting a strong quality culture across project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP), and quality procedures.
• Monitor and verify material approvals, workmanship standards, and installation quality at site.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.

QA/QC Inspection & Monitoring

• Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks for civil, mechanical, and electrical works related to solar farm construction.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for all inspections, tests, and approvals.
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site Observation Reports (SOR), and ensure timely closure.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities where required.

Audit & Documentation Control

• Support internal and external quality audits at project sites.
• Maintain proper control of quality documents including drawings, method statements, ITPs, and reports.
• Prepare and submit quality reports, inspection records, and audit findings in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

• Assist in identifying quality issues, root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality performance.
• Support lessons learned documentation and implementation across projects.

Training & Awareness

• Support the implementation of Quality-related training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) at site.
• Promote quality awareness among site personnel to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Coordination & Support

• Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance.
• Support the QSHE Manager and Project Manager in achieving project quality objectives.
• Ensure timely communication of quality issues and progress updates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or Quality Assurance, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and QA/QC practices.
• Experience in site inspection, documentation, and quality control processes is preferred.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• L&OD Management:

  • Execute site annual training roadmap based on organizational needs and competency gap analysis. 

  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors, develop internal training capabilities for knowledge sharing. 

  • Track training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms. 

• C&B Management:

  • To analyze the compensation and benefits structure of the Company to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments and to participate in Employee Benefit Review exercise.

  • To review and manage salary structure, job analysis and evaluation, job grading, compensation and benefits surveys and compensation programs to align to Company’s reward and retention strategy.

  • To work closely with payroll providers to administer monthly salary administration and payroll processes accurately and timely.

• Foreign Worker Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contract for all matters related to expatriate and foreign national employees. 

  • Manage end-to-end work permit, visa, and residence permit applications and renewals in compliance with local immigration laws. 

  • Liaise with agencies and immigration offices to stay updated on policy changes affecting foreign employment. 

• Shop Floor Workers Hiring:

  • Partner with department heads to conduct workforce planning and create accurate job descriptions. 

  • Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment centers, and manage the offer negotiation and closing process.
