Job Title: Accounts & Payroll Assistant / Executive

Monthly Salary: $2,100 to $2,800
Salary will be offered based on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

• Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays off

Job Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and salary calculations accurately

• Check attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, unpaid leave and deductions

• Prepare and issue itemised payslips

• Submit CPF contributions accurately and on time

• Assist with employee tax matters, including IR8A and IR21 where applicable

• Maintain proper payroll records and employee salary documents

• Prepare payroll reports for management

• Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties

• Follow up on payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Relevant payroll or accounts experience is preferred

• Familiar with Singapore payroll processing, CPF and IRAS requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Able to handle confidential salary information responsibly

• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines

• Experience handling payroll for shift workers, security officers or a manpower-based workforce would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Calendar & Schedule Management: Strategically manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritize invitations, schedule high-level corporate meetings, and coordinate seamless international travel itineraries.

• Meeting & Corporate Governance Support: Prepare agendas, compile brief packages, and take comprehensive, professional minutes for executive board meetings and senior management sessions. Track actionable follow-up items for the CEO.

• Ad-hoc Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in tracking project deadlines, coordinating executive social functions or networking events, and managing ad-hoc operations as requested.

We are seeking a Clinical Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on clinical role supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. What You Will Do 

• Deliver four-handed dentistry support during clinical procedures 

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are sterile and ready 

• Carry out infection control and sterilisation procedures rigorously 

• Manage dental stock levels and place orders as needed 

• Assist with patient comfort, instructions, and post-treatment guidance 

• Support the dental team with other clinical tasks as needed

   

What You Need 

• GCE N/O Levels or higher; NITEC in Dental Assisting or healthcare qualification is a plus 

• At least 6 months of experience in dental assisting, nursing, or clinical support preferred 

• Strong patient care orientation and attention to detail 

• Able to work at least one weekend day on a rotating basis

Responsibilities:

• To supervise the timely execution of Mechanical works, maintain quality control and ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
