- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
What You Will Be Doing 工作内容
- Own the Recruitment Function 主导招聘职能
- Take full ownership of hiring — from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding — to build a strong and reliable team.
- 负责全流程招聘，从人才搜寻、筛选、面试到入职，打造稳定高效的团队。
- Be Part of HR Transformation 参与人资转型
- Work closely with management to transform HR from manual practices into structured systems and processes.
- 与管理层紧密合作，推动公司人资从传统模式迈向系统化管理。
- Shape HR Systems & SOPs 建立人资制度
- Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows that support a growing organization.
- 建立并优化人力资源制度与流程，支持公司持续扩展。
- Handle Employee Relations & Discipline 员工关系与纪律管理
- Manage disciplinary matters, provide practical solutions, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- 处理员工关系与纪律问题，提供解决方案，并确保符合法规要求。
- Drive Performance Culture 推动绩效文化
- Monitor staff performance and contribute to building a results-driven, accountable team.
- 跟进员工绩效，推动成果导向及高执行力文化。
- Support Growth & Expansion 支持公司扩展
- Play a role in scaling the team and supporting business expansion initiatives.
- 参与团队扩展，支持公司业务发展。
Who We Are Looking For 我们在寻找
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 人力资源、工商管理或相关科系
- 2–3 years HR experience (recruitment / agency background is a strong advantage)
- 2–3年人资经验（有招聘或顾问背景优先）
- Familiar with Malaysian labour law and HR practices
- 熟悉马来西亚劳工法令
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- 具备责任感，积极主动，能适应快节奏环境
- Not afraid to handle people issues and make decisions
- 能够处理员工问题并具备判断能力
