Job Title: HR & Finance, Assistant
Location: Taiseng
Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Depends on Exeperience)

• To support daily HR and finance matters.

We are an established Dental Clinic located in the Central area. We are looking for both Permanent Full and Part Time Dental Assistants to join our elite team. Candidates should have some dental assisting experience and a 'team player' mindset. Salary will be dependent on the amount of related experience that the Candidate possesses.

Use Photoshop, including curves and masking, to fine tune color in CMYK image files (Tiff, Jpeg, etc.)

Prepare PDFs for offset, sheet-fed printing, including generating Epson proofs, using InDesign and imposition software.

Manage logistics for materials and books, including liaising with freight forwarders and courier companies for import and export, as well as arranging local transport between our factory and 3rd party warehouse.

Internal work may also be required, including calculations for paper and other bookbinding materials, accounts-related data entry and coordination between office and pressroom.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based financial, operational, compliance and IT audits. This includes preparing

the audit program, defining audit scope, and performing planning and testing procedures

(including data analytics).

• Review and test internal controls for effectiveness and compliance with established policies

and procedures.
