• 7am-4pm (OT required depending on production volume)
• Gross salary up to $2,300/month

This is a back-office operations role in a bank’s Card Operations Processing Centre, specifically within the Reconciliation and Investigation Unit. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the bank’s financial records match actual money movement, particularly for credit card transactions.

- Daily reconciliation/proofing of General Ledger (GL) and Nostro (Cash accounts) on transactions for Cards Operations Processing Centre
- Escalation of outstanding items for the day, and age items for both Nostro and General Ledger (GL)

(A) Key Duties Explained:
- Daily Reconciliation of Accounts: You will compare and match bank records (General Ledger) with actual cash balances (Nostro accounts) to ensure there are no discrepancies. Think of this as daily “balancing the books” — making sure the bank’s internal system reflects the real-world financial activity.
- Escalating Outstanding Items: If any mismatch or error is found (e.g., a payment didn’t go through or an amount doesn’t match), you will flag or escalate it to the relevant team for investigation and resolution.
- Aging of Items: You'll monitor unresolved discrepancies over time. “Aging” refers to tracking how long items remain unmatched and ensuring they are not left unresolved for too long.
- Invoice Reconciliation: You will help match invoices received (e.g., from vendors or third-party processors) against the bank’s records, ensuring correctness before payment or settlement.

Position: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) – Contract basis

Objective:

Our trainee program aimed at grooming and developing potential Engineers on a contract basis for a duration of 1-2 years. This program will offer comprehensive training and hands-on experience in Test Engineering.

Program Highlights:

• In-Depth Training: Trainees will receive extensive training on systems, processes, and products.
• Hands-On Experience: Trainees will support Engineers on various projects, ensuring practical application of their learning.

Training Programs:

5. Troubleshooting (Hand on) including DMAIC Concept
(a) Yield Improvement Project (Cover both Process and Parts cases) with hand on activities
(b) Area cover could include:
- Chemical usage
- Optics Calibration and Alignment
- Assembly Process (Important of Process Validation)
- Different Commodities Parts (intermittent with parts at Limit measurement)
- Tester related (Important of Validation, PM and Calibration)
- Product Design Issue
- Derive Long term solution to prvent the reoccurrence

6. Establish of Test Procedure
7. Tester Study and Fabrication – Case Study
8. Electrical Safety Test Setup and requirement
9. Cycle Time Study on Station and Tester requirement

Job requirements:

• Student who has just graduated or is in their final year of engineering (Preferred Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation, Bio-Medical, Mechanical Engineering). Other engineering disciplines will be assessed on case-by-case basis.
• Strong academic performance.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and theories.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail orientation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software.
